Our company specialises in construction cleaning, offering core services such as silicone clean preparation, builders’ final clean, window cleaning, and pre-handover clean. We deliver tailored solutions for residential, luxury, and commercial projects, ensuring exceptional standards of quality to meet your specific needs.
What do you need for a quote?
To provide an accurate quote, we prefer having floor plans along with photos or a video walkthrough of the property. This allows us to provide a solid preliminary price range quickly and site visits can be arranged if needed.
How fast I can get a quote?
We usually provide a preliminary price range within 24 hours.
Can I schedule a builders clean at my convenience?
Absolutely! We offer flexible scheduling to align with your handover process.
What certifications Design Cleaning team hold?
Every team member holds a White Card and Police Clearance. Many also carry EWP certification.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry $20 million Public Liability and WorkCover. Certificates of currency are available on request.
What areas do you service?
We service the Gold Coast, Brisbane, and Byron Bay. For surrounding regional areas, we’re also available — a transparent travel allowance is included in those cases.
